How to work out a land price

Back to calculator ↑

How to work out a land price

First convert the plot to square wah: rai × 400, plus ngan × 100, plus square wah. Then multiply by the price per square wah. A plot of 1 ngan 50 square wah is 150 square wah. At 20,000 baht per square wah, the total is 3,000,000 baht.

Comparing plots

If a listing gives a total price, choose Total plot price and read the price per square wah. This makes different sizes easier to compare, but it says nothing about access, filling, zoning or transfer fees.

Limits

This tool only compares numbers. It is not a valuation. Check the area on the title deed and confirm transfer costs with the Land Office before deciding.
